Who do you run for?

Amigos!
Especially those amigos that run or workout on a regular basis. My chiropractor told me about this wonderful organization. There are lots of special needs children and adults that have mobility challenges that cannot do the things me and you do on a daily basis. If your avid at working out (be it running, yoga, weights etc.) what you can do is dedicate your runs or workouts to them. You will be assigned a buddy and tag them in your active photos (min. 3 a week) on facebook. Not only will this bring a smile to their face but will keep you motivated too. What a great way to cheer someone up!
